Introduction	Former Sous Chef at the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Tx..... I spent 3 years in New York City cooking at both Gotham Bar and Grill and Ouest. I worked under famed chefs Alfred Portale and Tom Valenti. Before entering into the culinary field I graduated from Rollins College in Orlando Florida. At Rollins, I received my degree in economics. Also I was a member and captain of a very successful baseball team.
