Introduction	return of light: these are the mystery chronicles of my attempts to grow up, to chill out, and to help myself - essentially, to let the light back in. since my therapist convinced me to start hitting "publish" on a backlog of posts in 2012, I've been randomly updating [insert audience demographic here] on my life, my home, my anxiety, my uterus, and my spawn. you'd think a 36-year-old former social worker with a stable marriage, supportive family, and stellar friends would be sufficiently adult-y, but...well, that's why these are MYSTERY chronicles. duh.
