Introduction I live a simplistic life surrounded by my family and friends in tropical North Queensland. I don't need much to keep me happy, mainly just good company, a place to exercise and healthy food - the rest usually takes care of itself. My professional career is in journalism and PR but I've always had a passion for health and fitness. I'm a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I also love to experiment with whole foods and create healthy recipes. I have always loved being active but spent many years jumping from one diet to the next, eating all the wrong foods, taking all the wrong advice and busting my butt to get nowhere! After studying exercise and nutrition for the past two years, I started to take a more balanced approach to exercise and diet. I dropped weight, became fitter and felt so much better! My dream is to help others discover the key to a healthier lifestyle long-term so they can look and feel amazing in their own skin.
