Introduction	Welcome to Birdcage! I am writing this blog to document my day to day journey through the design world. I blog about what new and exciting projects I take on or have seen and the trials and tribulations of starting up my stationery business... I started out at University studying design whereupon I met my favourite :-) who gradually became my entire world. I love him because he marches to the beat of his own drum.........in fact I think he makes his own drums :-/ We both think way too much. Over the next few years he saw me start out as a freelance Illustrator and I worked for clients such as Create and Craft magazine and Aceville Publishing. I then became an Assistant Producer at Ideal World TV where I developed my craftiness! I love work and the challenges it brings, however, I can’t help but see it as a big playground. I have just started my own wedding stationery business which is no doubt going to be a bumpy ride............Watch this space!
