Introduction	First and foremost, DeAnna Minus-Vincent is a mother--a job she takes very seriously. It is the only job that she has to get perfect! She is also a wife...she takes this pretty seriously too...seeing as your spouse is the only family member you ever get to choose. Beyond that, she is an administrator. Not many people grow up wanting to be an administrator, but DeAnna did. She didn't always know the word for it, but she knew that she wanted to help people, plan projects, and make programs work better, without actually doing the frontline work.
