| Introduction | I am disabled with cerebellar degeneration (Hereditary Ataxia), an incurable, untreatable condition in which the portion of the brain coordinating muscle activity is deteriorating. I no longer work, drive a motorized vehicle nor walk far without my walking staff. I moved down to Florida from Rockport, Massachusetts to live with my mother after my father died in 2008. |
