| Introduction | I'm married to Lizanne and am the proud owner of two dogs - Charlie and Splash. My wife and I enjoy reading, MTBing and scuba diving (in warmer water!) I also serve as rector at our church. This blog consists of my thoughts and reflections as a Christian and a pastor. These blogs are hopefully shaped, informed, and governed by the inspired, true, ever-relevent, authoritative, inerrant Bible. It is my strong conviction that God speaks to us today through what was written back then by the biblical authors. More often than not, each post expands a subject covered in my sermon of the previous Sunday. Your comments are very welcome and I will attempt to answer each concern or question. Of course, I make no pretension of being infallible and I will reserve the right to edit my posts! I completed my B.Th (L.Min) and B.Th (Hons) at George Whitefield College. My M.Th was done through Stellenbosh University, comprising of set readings and a thesis on the historical and religious background of the letter to the Ephesians. |
