| Introduction | Jennifer is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group of Coleman & Horowitt, LLP. She represents companies in trademark and copyright registration, licensing and litigation including proceedings before the trademark trial and appeal board. She also represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters including complex commercial, real estate, banking and construction litigation, and landlord tenant matters. Jennifer serves as appellate counsel and is currently the chair of the appellate practice group. She has handled numerous appellate matters ranging from writs to appeals, for both appellant and respondent. |
