Introduction	I was born, and partially raised in Hawaii. I spent much of my youth in Georgia,and somehow landed in the great state of Texas. I guess it was meant to be because thats where I met the love of my life and gave birth to my most amazing daughters. I have had this on going battle with weight and depression for a very long time, only to be told by doctors,that nothing is wrong... Now this brings us to today and why I'm here. My daughter dared me to take the 30 day primal/paleo challenge. That was approx. 6 months ago, I am now 25 pounds lighter and feel so much better. This Primal adventure is quite a journey and a huge learning experience.
