| Introduction | I began my study of natural health and healing 16 years ago. Our bodies are resilient and intelligent and have amazing capacity to heal. I became a serious student of energy medicine in 2007 when I attended a workshop and facilitated a healing using a simple technique of breathing and body awareness. I was surprised to learn that energy methods for healing have been around for thousands of years and exist in all cultures, and that many of the beliefs that ancient cultures held about energy and healing are now proven through the science of quantum physics. I am trained and certified in an energy healing technique called Rapid Eye Technology. The RET process simulates the body's own mechanism for releasing stress and trauma, REM sleep. It addresses stress on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. |
