Introduction	My name is Catherine and I spent my entire life in Texas until February of 2009 when my husband Spike was transferred to San Francisco for the Coast Guard. Now we're in Maine and it's like a whole other world - accents, sayings, weather, and a whole slew of other things I'm not accustomed to. This blog is about that - hopefully it'll entertain more than anything as I find my footing in this strange, wonderful new part of the country!
