Introduction . . . was born on April 30, 1949 in what was then called a "hospital for unwed mothers" known as The Willows in Kansas City, Missouri. He was adopted by Harry & Margaret (McCall) Green of Wichita, Kansas and grew up in Wichita where he graduated from Wichita State University (1972). After working in Boston for a year, he attended The University of Utah where he received his M.A. in Creative Writing in 1974. Green has also lived in the Philadelphia area and in Columbus, Ohio, where he taught at The Ohio State University, the Torah Academy and in writing programs in the public schools. As a "poet of the 70's," he published several collections of poetry including World-Weary Polka and Mustard Notebook. In recent years, he has recorded two homemade solo "rehearsal" CD's of his own songs (Peasant Cantata & Another Think) as well as a "cover" CD of early Dylan songs (Tender Candor Vendor). In 1999, Green founded the Mythoklastic Therapy Institute and has dedicated every waking minute since then to his work as a Mythoklastic Therapist.
