| Introduction | We are a family that is trying to be as earth-friendly and energy conscious as possible without being a 'ram-it-down-your-throat' sort of family! We have solar panels on our home. We are not minimalists by any means because we have a small above ground pool for the kids to play in and we have whole house air conditioning to get through the hot and muggy summer nights of Ohio. We have a small 20 x 40 garden that we try (corn was bad this year) and grow all our own herbs, vegetables, some fruits to keep our family through the winter. |
