Introduction	I am a coffee drinker. I have been one for year now and like any good smoker I was never strong enough or introspective enough to admit that I am an addict. However, once I owned up to the affliction I have been able to cut down drastically. I have not quit. I see no reason to but I am in control of the caffeine. I have learn't that if you realize the problem correctly you can easily control it. Now you are going to tell me that is obvious! That is the other learning. It is not.
