| Introduction | 17th March 2011 "What seemed like a long 2 weeks from CT scan, bloods and bone marrow to seeing the consultant arrived at last! Evidently I have body-wide spread but thankfully just small nodes apart from tissue surrounding right eye. Because of my youthful age (only just!), and the unusual behaviour of the mantle cell non-Hodgkins Lymphoma I am being considered for an aggressive treatment regime emanating from Nordic specialists. As a result I will be going to see a specialist in Southampton on Monday 21st March and hope to start treatment within 2 weeks of today. The Nordic treatment has a better chance of bringing about long term remission, and potential cure than the standard regimes they would use if I fell in to the elderly bracket. Starting the radical approach will depend on their assessment of me as a person to cope with the treatment." 1st March 2015 "I'm alive! I'm in remission and praising God.
