| Introduction | I am retired from the Oregon Water Resources Department where I worked on water conservation and water right transfers. I am a former member of the state Scenic Bikeways Committee and a former member of the Salem Bicycle Club board of directors. I also served on the Bicycle Transportation Alliance board of directors for more than 12 years. While I continue to be involved in a number of cycling-oriented organizations, the thoughts posted here are mine alone. Comments are moderated. Constructive criticism is welcome and will be posted.
