| Introduction | I have volunteered ever since i can remember in small ways, recently at bigger events and find getting involved gets easier the more you do. My latest adventure is taking me to Dusseldorf in Germany for the Invictus Games. I also teach fitness classes, mostly to older adults to help them gain some fitness and support them with some social contact. As well as that I was coaching at the local running club, leading beginner groups. I struggle with my running, but am always full of words of wisdom for others, time to use them on myself. Oh and I actually have a day job too. Honest Guv! |
