| Introduction | I've started this blog as I am constantly talking to friends through out the day as to what I plan to cook for dinner! Most of my friends are very busy and often lack inspiration for cooking and they turn to me for that. This blog is not about exact recipes and measurements etc - it is about cooking and food ideas! I will aim to give you inspirations to cook meals for your family. All you have to do is try and experiment. I am not going to be putting up recipes with exact ingredient measurements - that is for you to try! For example I may say carrots (I am not going to say use 1 and a half carrots!). I learnt to cook by not following recipes exactly. You need to not be scared of failing in cooking - you wont fail! (and if you do there is always the local Chinese take-away) |
