Introduction Genevieve Signoret, American, multilingual, economist, writer, and advisor based in Querétaro, Mexico, with wide experience in international business, research, and teaching, is the president of TransEconomics. Genevieve Signoret has taught in the United States at the University of Arkansas and in Mexico at ITESM State of Mexico and Querétaro and the Autonomous University of Querétaro.
