| Interests | In design my main interest is around the idea of the role of the graphic designer. i think it is important that we identify principles that we are committed to that are present in the work of the graphic designer throughout its short history. The rise of the 'ethical designer' in recent years is, I believe' contrary to the central principles of the role of the graphic designer. I intend to get on the MA Design Writing Criticism at LCC in October 2010. It is a cracker of a course, new and at the cutting edge of graphic design writing and criticism. The course leader, Teal Triggs seems a good person too and has a good reputation in designland. |
