| Introduction | I love trail running, cycling and skiing. For some reason I tend to swallow bugs when I'm outside. Go figure. I love running on burly trails for long distances deep in the woods. The more roots, rocks, hills and mud the better. Places that make me sweat and feel alive with every step. Outdoor pursuits are my way of tuning into the rhythm of life.
