| Introduction | My name is Sam Khalaf. I currently work at CEI as the Director of Oracle Practice, focusing on custom application development using Oracle APEX. I have great passion in problem solving and delivering technology solutions to clients (coding and architecting), which has been my career's path for the past 14 years.
I have been developing APEX applications since 2004, so I was one of few lucky people who had closely seen how it has evolved from humble HTML DB all the way into astonishing APEX 18.
