| Introduction | Hi, my name is Lauren Olenick and I am an audio production major studying at The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago. For the past few years, I have taken an interest in the expanding genre called Korean Pop a.k.a. K-Pop. K-pop isn’t just pop music and actually brings in different elements of other genres like rock, hip-hop, and R&B. It's a subculture as well.
