| Introduction | The title of this blog is “No Idea,” which is often exactly how a post begins. Most of what you’ll find here grows out of everyday life: learning to pace myself, rebuilding strength, and noticing the small shifts that slowly add up to change. Some days I write about recovery and gentle endurance. Other days it might be journaling, reading, a moment that caught my attention, or a question that refuses to leave until I’ve written it down. There isn’t always a neat plan behind what appears here, and that’s part of the point. This space is simply where I follow ideas, reflect on the process of living well with limits, and see what grows when curiosity is allowed a little room to breathe. |
