| Introduction | I use to hate running! I started running regularly in January of 2009 to try to loose weight and get healthy, and have enjoyed it ever since! I started by running a 10k race and then ran my 1st Half Marathon in December 2009. I truly believe that with the right attitude and motivation, anything can be accomplished! Im going to continue running races and keep pushing myself to get better and achieve more. I started this blog to give updates on my half marathon training, but now want to continue to encourages others to run and keep my friends and family updated on my progress.
