Introduction	I'm a recovering paralegal and am now reinventing myself. I weigh 83 lbs. less than I did when I became seriously ill several years ago. I have a God-given desire to help overweight adults, children and people with disabilities to live richer, fuller, healthier lives! I want to encourage those who are caregivers as well.
