| Introduction | The professional instruments I lay out every morning are a slotted tool , a needle tool, paper that looks like a painter's palette, and a whole lot of adhesive , yes i'm an avid student of art and I quill my way through the day. The compositions spread out on this canvas are more than just a painter’s invitation. It’s a diary I write ,a story I narrate , and a prayer I perform, just without words. A passion, imagination and a pursuit, the very words that occasioned the initiation of this portico. The first pillar of support was from a small society on Facebook , the Emirates Quilling Guild , with a recognition of my work as the 'The Artist of the Month'. |
