Introduction	I studied art in college but it wasn't until 2005 that I began painting seriously. I have been creating a daily painting and posting to my blog every day and I estimate that I have completed about a mile of canvas or in my case paper! I paint primarily in pastel but I am venturing slowly into the world of oils and acrylics. My small daily paintings are availablle for purchase on my blog or at Daily Painters.com. I am represented by these fine art galleries in the Southeast: High Country Art in Blue Ridge, GA, Bella Vista Fine Art in Asheville, NC and Frameworks Gallery in Marietta, GA.

Favorite movies	Don't laugh but my all time favorite movie is Captain Ron. I also love Pirates of the Caribbean.....hmmmmthere seems to be a common theme here. Could it be that I love the islands?
Favorite music	I love Sting and Annie Lennox...but I truly love the old standards with Ella being my favorite. Love Diana Krall since it was her music with my grandfather's influence that got me started on my Ella collection.
Favorite books	Books! Don't get me started! I have my own library! I love any travel book and any art book and I always have a few going at once.
