Introduction	Id like to think I'm a fairly average 30 something Irish girl. I'm a mother, a wife, a sister and an aunt and life is pretty good, we are all healthy and happy. I Started this blog because I yet again started a new "get that perfect body" adventure and I wanted to document it so that I can look back at my progress. I have been trying to find others like me on the net but so far haven't. If your out there and are blogging your journey or even just want to tell me your story please comment I would love love love to hear from you. I have found that people post their story after they have already achieved their goal but I want to hear about the ups and downs along the way the journey itself not just the look back through rose tinted glasses because we all know that the bad parts fade a little in time like the pain of childbirth!!!!! Its the daily struggles the giggles in the gym the confidence knocks and the pick me ups, the inspiration and the motivation that gets you to the gym and allows you to just have one glass of wine not 3 thats the real story, well that's what I want to hear and that's what I will be talking about.
