| Introduction | I am a Holistic Health Advocate who wants to expand my kula and share thoughts on wellness, living fit, healthy eating alternatives and conscious consumption. I've always been fit and a devil for adventure, but it was in 2005 that my yoga put me on this path of equanimity. I also have a love for Art, photography and outdoor recreational adventures. Although I call Tennessee home, I have lived in the San Francisco East Bay, DFW and the Florida panhandle. My practice, my teaching and my sense of humor help me navigate life off the mat with my family and my BFF (best furry friend) Ozzie. |
