IntroductionKen and I were married on a beautiful day, August 18th in the Temple. We lived in a tiny condo for a year, his parents home for a year (they were on a mission), and now we have owned our own home for almost 5 years now. We have 2 adorable kids, Megan(5), and Hannah(3). We also have a pet cat named "Felix" after the cartoon Felix the cat.(don't ask the kids about him though because they will tell you he bites. It's true he does.) We have a busy life but a great one. I drive a mini van which I vowed I would never do and Ken owns a scooter, which he is determined to upgrade to a motorcycle someday. We plant a garden every year and bottle what we grow. Lots of work but also lots of yummy food for the winter. In the summer we love to bike together as family and do a lot of outdoors kind of things. We have a trailer now and are anxious to go camping this year. Our new adventure for the winter time is ice skating. We are so crazy! 5 and 3 year olds ice skating....CRAZY! We just love being together and doing the family thing!
InterestsI'm your typical Molly Housewife. I love to cook, sew, read, decorate cakes, and chat with my friends. I love to take a long walk in the cool breeze after a hot summer day. I also love being with my husband. (I love being with my kids too but only if they are happy)
Favorite moviesSome Kind of Wonderful, 16 candles, Pretty in Pink (can you tell the era I'm from?), How to lose a guy in 10 days,(anything with Mathew in it), Real Genius,(we love Val Kilmer too!) ...There are too many to name...the list could go forever.
Favorite musicLes Miserables is one of my favorite musicals to listen to. I also love anything else. I love country, pop, rock, soft rock, classical, whatever mood I am in is what I listen to.
Favorite booksI love a good comedy mystery. Nothing gross or too much in detail. Just fun and adventurous. Here are some of my favorite authors: Donna Andrews, Janet Evanoich, Mary Higgins Clark, Debbie Macomber, Mary Deiheimer, Lisa Scottoline, Lillian Jackson Braun,...there are more I know. I add if I remember.

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?

For me it just stays in there forever. I tip my head to the side and pound the other side but it never works.
