| Introduction | Why a blog? Recently someone I work with asked me if I really knew how beautiful I was. I had been asked that before and came up with a gazillion “oh come on” and act embarrassed. I told this person that I did know, thanked her and for the first time I felt my whole system resonate with self accepting harmony that was awe-inspiring. Damn, it felt good! Self acceptance is an incredible power and an important part of becoming whole. |
