| Introduction | I'm happily married with four kids. We have a 10-acre homestead and are trying to be as self-sufficient as possible. I have a large garden and food forest. We raise all our own meat and have a dairy cow. I am working more and more to be self sufficient in a regenerative way. Soil health and good animal husbandry is my focus. We preserve and make what we can, trying to add more and more each year. I am very blessed. God has given me a wonderful family and everything I could ever ask for! |
