| Introduction | Ernesto is an insurance professional from Ohio who works at a small insurance company. Though his insurance career Ernesto has worked many jobs with a variety of companies and have seen many sides of the insurance industry including years as a sales producer. Ernesto views the insurance industry as a three-legged stool with the insurance companies, the insurance sales agents and the customers all playing a varied but equal role in the process. This posting and all of Ernesto’s related articles are meant to show the good and the bad aspects of the insurance industry. To illuminate the good and to call to task any element of the process that does not hold up its promises. Ernesto is here to discuss many issues and hopes to bring understanding and education to all aspects of the industry. Ernesto does not work in a commission oriented position. If this changes, he promises to update this introduction and disclose his interests. Ernesto will however, invite sales associates to submit articles of interest as long as they are not industry fluff pieces created by a marketing department. |
