Favorite movies	Shaun of the Dead, The Silence of the Lambs, JAWS, Glengarry Glen Ross, ALIEN, Aliens, Dawn of the Dead (both versions, for different reasons), 28 Days Later, The War of the Worlds (again, both versions for different reasons), The Lord of the Rings, Hope and Glory, Saving Private Ryan, really too many to list here so I quit!
Favorite music	I find a lot to like in nearly every genre.
Favorite books	The Secret History by Donna Tartt, A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole, novels and short stories by Robert A. Heinlein and Larry Niven, the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling.
