| Introduction | Recently diagnosed with DCIS (ductal carcinoma in septu) I am trying to take it day by day. I pray for healing and am trying to eat healthier. I need to get exercising I know but for some reason I find that part more difficult. I'm definitely not a morning person but I'm getting better at it! My Starbucks mug of coffee in the morning is always something to look forward to:) |
