| Introduction | I am a full time working mom of 2 boys (ages 4 and 6) and a 11 year old step-son. I used to do marathons and Ironman Triathlons, but that was when i was in my 20's (and no kids :)). I am now training for my third Ironman - Ironman Vineman 2013 (but first as full-time working mom). I created this blog to document my ups and downs of training for an Ironman as a full-time working mom. |
