| Introduction | Hi there! For those of you that don't know me, my name is Kevin Glasgow. I've worked in the human services industry for over 20 years and recently decided to attempt to come up with a viable solution to staffing issues within level of care facilities throughout the state such as Napa State Hospital. Specifically I'm trying to address the lack of a central hub and desperate need for, a communication blog and /or app that will facilitate connecting to others either needing someone to work when they are mandated, looking for someone to split with them for a mandate or upcoming shifts, and for anyone looking to work for an already mandated person or even someone towards the top of the list. |
