Introduction	Frankly, I feel like a 56 year old dinosaur. I recently closed my retail gift and home accessory business which I opened in 1993. Why? Well, when I looked at the numbers, quite frankly, THE RENT WAS TOO DAMN HIGH! Since I had time left on my lease, I had to sign an agreement with my landlord that I wouldn't own another business in this county until November 2012. Before that I was a manufacturer's rep for 12 years. I sold mostly to the smaller independent drug and hardware stores; most of which have since been swallowed up by the large chains or pushed out by the big boxes. So, where do I go from here? That is the question!
