| Introduction | Pioneer: First Ph.D. (University of Toronto, 1955) to also earn an M.D. from the University of Manitoba (1960). First Medical Director of the Winnipeg Clinic Research Institute Laboratory, est. 1965. Established the Western Cytogenetic Lab in 1968, the first private medical lab in Manitoba to study cytogenetic diseases. Founder and President of the Kildonan Institute of Gerontology, est. 1974 and its Chief Medical Research Officer. Lifelong passion for photography, research and learning.
