| Introduction | Hi, My name is Matt and I have been in the food industry my whole life since I can remember. I grew up in Taos, NM a small town on the southern end of the rocky mountains. During high school I cooked at several different restaurants and my passion started to grow. I then headed to a top of the line culinary program in Keystone Colorado for three years were I was classically french trained in the arts of culinary cuisine. I worked at two 5-diamond (AAA) award winning establishments during my internship. Currently I have moved out to Florida were I am working at a classical Italian restaurant as the pasta chef. I have amazing ideas and even better creativity when it comes to food, I guess this is the reason I am starting a blog. I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE COOK AMAZING MEALS IN THERE OWN HOMES, home is were the heart is and the heart won't run without food....so.... here it is, if you have any suggestions or questions I am more than happy to help you in your needs to make you, your own personal chef!!!!!!!
