| Introduction | Who am I? You sure you want to know? The story of my life is not for the faint of heart... Oh wait, that's a line from some movie. I watch quite a lot of movies :) I'm a techno-geek that's been tinkering with electronics and other technology since I can remember. My tinkering with computers and stereos and electronics goes all the way back to when I had an Atari Computer in my bedroom complete with 850 RS232 interface for my modem, my own phone line in the bedroom, a stereo system with a motorized slide-out record player, and more. I dream of a day when everything in the house is automated, and we can truely be the masters of our environment, enjoying movies, music, lighting, and everything else the real "Home of the future" would bring... And I seem to be piecing it together one little circuit at a time. |
