| Introduction | Since as long as I can remember I have struggled with my weight. At my largest I was 588 pounds. Through various weight loss programs I was able to get down to 460 pounds. Then I made the decision to under go Gastric Bypass Surgery. The day of surgery (April 29, 2011) I weighed 458 pounds. I am making this blog to document my success, trials, and tribulations through my journey of my weight loss. I am the Melting Man. |
