| Introduction | I am an avid rubber stamper and mixed-media artist who has recently gone crazy over making art journals I also love collage. Paper and paint are part of my every day addictions. I adore lettering and am always trying my hand at calligraphy. I really like to use text and script in my artwork. I also like trying new techniques. I have been trying Japanese brush painting. Lately I have been reading other art journalers and trying to learn from their experiences and techniques. I have opened an Etsy shop under the name: inkybrustudio. I will be selling handmade greeting cards, holiday cards, tags, journals, mini-photo books, collaged canvases, etc. I'm excited about this adventure...although, a lot of work to be sure. I enjoy trading art with the gals in my art club. It is really a challenge for pushing myself beyond what I normally tackle. A great learning experience! And, of course, I love journaling, blogging and writing in general. I also love to travel. My husband and I love to get into the car and take off to meander down any road that takes our fancy. Talk about adventure! LOL Best to all of you and thanks for visiting my blog! |
