| Introduction | I'm one of the last of the Baby Boomers, married to another one of them. We live in middle class suburbia, in what used to be a small town, but is now a bedroom community of a City large enough to have a couple of professional sports teams. We've raised 2 kids the old fashioned way, with my wife, homeschooling both of them thanks to great home school laws while staying at home on a lower middle class income, and eventually paying off ALL of our debt. We're Culturally Conservative, Reformed Church Adherents, Followers and Disciples of Christ, who are trying to live our lives with purpose. I'm a Southern Partisan, in the sense that I believe the South is the greatest place on earth to live, because of the way Southerners interact with each other. Our mannerisms tend to be polite, we are fiercely independent and we are friendly with everyone - UNLESS YOU GIVE US A REASON NOT TO BE. We are reverent before GOD and help those around us. We suffer no fools and believe that everyone should have the humility to learn from and respect our elders.. I'm just trying to not bother anyone, and be available when someone needs me. |
