Introduction	What can I say about me? I’m a 40-year-old, married mother of four. I have been identifying myself this way for so long I can’t remember what used to be interesting about me. For years when people have asked me “How are you?” I have only been able to answer in terms of how my family is doing, since I had started to lack a personality of my own. I am currently in the middle of a revolution. I am trying to regain an individual personality, and to appreciate that I am an interesting person with something to offer the world outside my diaper changing skills. "What" I am: wife, mother, student, volunteer, doesn't define "who" I am. My ambition is to be a writer, and I believe I have something to offer in that world. Until recently, I have lacked the courage to stretch out of my comfort zone and share my writing. But all that is changing. If you read something here you enjoy, identify with or are moved by, please let me know. The reaction of unbiased readers can only be encouraging. If you don’t like what you read here…now is the time for silent reflection.
