| Introduction | I've loved to cook ever since I remember. My influence in cooking have come from my parents (mainly Dad, but still call mom for recipes!!) , & Chef Julie Ziukelis, with whom I lived for a while In Australia. I studied at the Blue Mountains Hotel School. We were a mixed bunch from various parts of India, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Germany, Sweden, New Zealand, etc. All these friends shared their wonderful food experiences with me. This blog came about from a lot of persuasion from cousins who either living abroad, or who can't cook. I always have a tip up my sleeve for any kind of Kitchen drama!! I currently run a Cafe In Bombay called Gostana. I'm open to feedback suggestions, and question..hope you find this site un-complicated!! |
