Introduction	Originally from New York, NY; now finds herself across the pond in Firenze. Artistic process is driven by the lush complexity of people and seeks to expose more absurd truths by ruffling those intricate (and often neatly tucked) folds. Previous works include commissions by Aaron Davis Hall, Mulberry Street Theater with the Jerome Foundation, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and Women in Motion: Blueprint (Estrogenius Festival NYC). Works also presented at Danspace Project/St. Mark’s Church, Joe’s Pub (DanceNOW[NYC]), Dixon Place, Jacob’s Pillow, LaMama, WAX and others. Performed internationally with Doug Elkins, Clare Byrne and Umoja Dance, teaching workshops and master classes at universities and public schools. Worked with artists Eun Me Ahn, Kevin Wynn, Yin Mei, Katie Workum, Will Rawls (dancegang) and others; filmmakers Clarissa de los Reyes, So Young Yang and Kriota Willberg and was artist-in-residence at The Dragon’s Egg and Earthdance. Attended FH Laguardia HS of Music & Art and the Performing Arts and New York University/ Tisch School of the Arts, honored with the JS Seidman Award. Estacio is also an AADP certified Holistic Health Practitioner.
