His practice focuses on trusts, estates, gifting, and related tax services for individuals, families, attorneys, financial advisors, and bank trust departments. Services offered include working with clients and their attorneys in all stages of estate, probate, and trust administration, preparation of estate, inheritance, and gift tax returns; fiduciary accountings; transfer and retitling of assets; representation in tax audits; tax planning for IRA and retirement plan distributions and rollovers; and asset protection planning.
