Introduction	After more than a dozen years of reading health books and threatening to get healthy, it's time to put my money where my mouth is. Well, I guess I have to move the bacon cheeseburger first. Nothing steals quality of life more than poor health. Disease-free living isn't enough. I'm talking about energetic and vibrant living. I haven't found anything more effective at resetting the body and purging the "junk" than the Master Cleanse.
